First time using their service, it was smooth and efficient. The flowers received were exactly as pictured on the website. What I didn't realise when ordering was that the cakes were from a local chain bakery, but it a non issue. I would recommend this company.

The quality of rose is not very good. The petals edge of rose already turning black.
