I recently ordered an orchid arrangement for my mom's 70th birthday. I was helped by Adeline. She is very professional, helpful and accommodating. I am very pleased with the service and the outlook of the arrangement. The orchids are very fresh with double branches. My order was for 6 stems of orchids, but it turned out like a dozen. The pot also went very well with the orchids and decor. Adeline went above and beyond to make sure the presentation will make my mom happy. I requested to have a photo taken before delivery, it was taken care of. I will definitely order flowers from them again. Excellent service provided, no problem with communication at all even though I live in US. Responsive and responsible staff! : )
