I have used Flower Delivery Hong Kong a few times to send flower to my mom-in-law. They makes everything so easy and pleasant. I was a little concerned when I placed my last Mother's Day order because it was very last minute. However, they were still able to fulfill the order on time and the flower came out beautiful! My mom-in-law sent me pictures and the flower looks better than they do on the website.

I have ordered some flowers from Singapore for Hk delivery. Not knowing some Hk practices and therefore made a mistake on the date for delivery. The staff @ flower delivery was very helpful by making an oversea call to me and letting me know the actual information that they require for delivery and also kind enough for leaving the arranged flowers in their store area till the corrected delivery date ! I cannot imagine what can I do if the delivery was done on the wrong date ...therefore I am really thankful that I have made a right choice of selection flowerDelivery. On top of that I have also received a SMS informing me on the completion delivery. Thanks for the great & guaranteed service !!

The website was easy to navigate and to place an order. Accepting foreign credit cards is a big plus. Delivery was prompt and on schedule. The flowers were fresh with nice arrangement when delivered.

The delivery was surely on-time at Mother's day, the decoration and appearance were also better than picture. But mildew developed on the flower after 4 to 5 days despite change water, cut the bottom and so on. My mother was so disappointed. Maybe fungus put before or at delivery, if similar claim have come, please handle carefully from next time.
