i have bought roses online from belgium and everything went as said with delivery time. they even have whatsapp to make sure

I was told that the delivery man could not deliver the bouquet I ordered for a dancer at the cultural centre in TST. I ended up buying another bouquet myself and I went to deliver it myself a few hours later. It took me literally 5 minutes after asking the staff around. Considering the price I paid, I would have expected the delivery man to try a bit harder before sending back my original bouquet to the warehouse. To add salt on wounds, Flower Delivery asked me to pay 100HKD extra to get my bouquet delivered at home the following day. What a rip off, they should remove “delivery” from their company’s name.
